- Stillmank Brewing Co, Green Bay, Wisconsin -

Stillmank Brewing is an independently owned Wisconsin family beer company located at 215 North Henry Street in Green Bay. Stillmank is best known for Wisco Disco, a deep amber beer, with rich malt and hop flavors. We brew this beer with a small amount of milk sugar (or lactose). This gives Wisco Disco its smooth body, and makes it a perfect match to pair with your favorite cheeses. Wisco Disco is brewed with five different malts, and four giant hop additions for huge flavor, never pasteurized, but cold conditioned, leaving it naturally cloudy, and refreshing.

Stillmank Brewing Company

For the past two years we have been working on building a brand for our friends and neighbors in Green Bay. Now it is time to build the brewery!!! We have purchased the Builders Supply warehouse at 215 North Henry Street in Green Bay. This will be the first brewery on Green Bay's east side in over 40 years!! We couldn't be more excited, or proud to have our little company grow into this full time brewery. We owe a huge thank you to anyone that has put us on tap, on your store shelf, purchased one of our pints at your favorite bar, or put some cans in your fridge at home. It is because of all your support that we are now ready to begin construction on this building, brew plenty of Wisco and many new brands right here in Green Bay. It will be an exciting, and busy summer as we bring all these plans together for a grand opening this fall 2014.
